Use of Biometric Data
We utilise pixevety's secure photo management platform to collect, store, and share student photos, and to manage image consent. The College may also use the face matching technology available within the pixevety platform to assist with identifying students in photographs and applying media consent preferences automatically. This compliance and safeguarding tool is an encrypted mathematical algorithm kept in an encrypted database. All data is owned by the school and the algorithm is only readable within pixevety. Families who would like more information about pixevety and the way that the College uses this platform, should contact our Administration Office.
