Oh, bliss! It's the week before school and our brains are tap dancing with a mixture of trepidation and joy at the thought of getting back into the school routine. While teachers are setting up classrooms, creating lesson plans and organising timetables around classes, duties and extracurricular activities, you're wrestling with sticky contact paper, deciding whether the mould in the corners of last year's lunchboxes is really that bad or not, and wondering how in the world you're ever going to get everyone through the school gates on time next Monday.

CANCELLATION OF BAC CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT – 3 December 2017
Dear BAC Family and Friends,
The College Executive and the P&F President met this morning and on the advice direct from the Bureau of Meteorology, we have reluctantly made the very difficult decision to cancel our BAC Carols by Candlelight this Sunday 3 December. The predicted wet weather event forecast for South Queensland this weekend poses too greater risk for us to proceed.

Vogel brothers: big hearts for little people

Category:

Submitted by on Thu 19/10/17 07:04
Only 14 months apart in age, it’s a bit of a novelty to have the sporty, musical, creative brothers Ryan and Casey Vogel teaching at Brisbane Adventist College at the same time. Ryan teaches Year 5, and Casey Year 3, just a few doors away from each other. Haley Vogel, married to Casey, is also a Secondary teacher. You can imagine the conversations between some BAC siblings:

“Mr Vogel is the coolest.”
“No! Mr Vogel is the coolest.”
“Actually, Mrs Vogel is the coolest.”
