Communication and feedback

Regular communication and feedback is valued by the College and we provide a range of platforms to make this possible:

  1. SEQTA Engage and individual teacher email contact provide timely and reliable means for parents and staff to access information about students.
  2. The student portal, SEQTA Learn provide access to lesson resources, assignment task sheets and allow for electronic submission of drafts and completed assignments.
  3.  Parent-teacher interview sessions (following Term 1 and Semester 1 formal reports on student academic progress, effort and engagement) provide opportunities for parents and teachers to meet on a face-to-face basis and share insights into student welfare and academic improvement.
  4. The College Facebook page, website and school app provide additional ways for college families to remain connected and up-to-the minute with news and announcements. The school app is also a fast, convenient way of communicating student absentee information to the college on the go.
