Early Learning Centre Staff

Our staff members are qualified, experienced, friendly and caring people who are continually updating their knowledge and skills to ensure we provide the highest-quality program.

Prior to starting at our centre, our Directors will meet with you to discuss your child’s needs, provide you with a tour of the Brisbane Adventist College Early Learning Centre and discuss your expectations from our program.  

Our experienced teachers engage with the children as they learn, play and explore. They ensure that every day is structured between exploring new interests and experiences, and a reassuring each child’s established routine. They will provide short focused group activities that are combined with individual playtime, small group interactions and meal and rest periods that keep everyone happy, playing and learning.

Our staff provide daily verbal feedback and written learning stories that tell of your child’s participation in current activities and experiences throughout the day and will provide an insight to your child’s learning and development. This regular communication is a vital component of our staff’s ongoing commitment to you and your family.
