Facilities

General Purpose Classrooms

All our general purpose classrooms are spacious and well-equipped for learning. They are well appointed for student displays and all are fitted with air-conditioning and heating.

Specialist Classrooms

We have specialist classrooms for Music, Art, Home Economics, Industrial Arts, Computers and Enhanced Learning. Students enjoy learning in these specialist areas.

Learning Centre & Library

Our library provides a valuable resource for our students. It helps to develop in them a love of reading; an appreciation of learning; and knowledge of how to access information.

Students are provided an orientation of the library at the commencement of each school year. ID cards are issued so students can access and loan library books and resources.

Computers are available in the Library for students to access information and the internet, as well as create assignments.

Computer Labs

Technology is a vital tool in today’s world and Brisbane Adventist College has a policy to integrate technology into all aspects of education. The secondary campus provides two computer laboratories for class and student use. The use of college computers is a privilege and students are encouraged to be responsible in their use. Consequently students must first sign a contract before being given computer access.

Please note: The College reserves the right to check students e-mail accounts and/or files.

Student Centre

We have a modern and fully equipped Student Centre where students can enjoy a variety of indoor sports such as badminton, basketball, volleyball and netball. The centre is also used for chapel and assembly programmes, and events such as school productions and end-of-year speech nights.
