Fees & Costs
School books are supplied by the College. The costs are covered by fees paid by parents/caregivers. Additionally parents are required to supply coloured pencils or felt pens as appropriate (crayons only in Prep and year 1), a painting apron/shirt and a library bag. A library bag is compulsory for years P to 6 for book borrowing. Bags may be purchased from the library. No plastic bags please.

An attending member discount is offered to members of the SDA church in recognition of their support to the budget of Brisbane Adventist College through their local churches. A form is available from the College Administration Office to claim this discount.
OTHER CHARGES
GENERAL SERVICE FEE (GST FREE) Per Student $65.00 per term
The General Service Fee (GST Free) is a contribution to stationery, excursions, PE Activities/sports, swimming and competitions
GENERAL SERVICE FEE (GST) Per Student $11.00 per term
The General Service Fee (GST) is a contribution to the ‘Reflections’ magazine and school picnic.
SPECIFIC CHARGES - Specific charges can include items such as Canberra Tour (Year 7).
MAINTENANCE FEE Per Student $10.00 per term
This is a contribution towards grounds and building maintenance.
BUILDING FUND FEE Per Student $10.00 per term
This is a contribution towards the student centre building.
TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS TO THE BUILDING FUND. All voluntary donations over $2.00 are tax deductible.
