Outside School Hours Care and Vacation Care
Before school care – $8.00 (Monday – Friday)
After school care – $15.00 (Monday – Thursday)
After school care – $8.00 (Friday only)
Vacation care – $58.00 (Monday to Thursday, excursions extra)
Vacation care – $51.40 (Friday only, excursions extra)

(Fees are subject to change without notice, although fee adjustments generally occur at the beginning of the financial year.) Fees are to be paid so accounts stay two weeks in advance of the current week.

Fee Information

CHILD CARE BENEFIT CUSTOMER
The centre is Licensed and Accredited for the maximum period and as such parents are able to claim the Child Care Benefit. Child Care Benefit is available to all families using approved childcare such as our centre, providing they meet the eligibility requirements of Australian residency and child immunisation. Child Care Benefit can be received as reduced fees through the child care service or as a lump sum payment directly to families at the end of the financial year.

The amount of Child Care Benefit, which you can claim, is based on your estimated taxable income for the year in which the care is provided. If you have any questions, please speak to the Centre’s Office staff or contact the Family Assistance Office.

REFERENCE NUMBERS
Upon acceptance of enrolment, families should provide the centre with the customer reference numbers for themselves and their children so all-relevant data required by the government can be lodged. This applies to full fee paying families as well.

INITIAL PAYMENT
Payment of 2 weeks fee in advance is required on the first day your child commences at the centre.

PAYMENT OF FEES
You will need to pay full fees until the centre has received your Child Care Benefit percentage when fees will be adjusted accordingly.

Therefore it is important to lodge your Claim for Child Care Benefit prior to, or within 28 days of your child starting at the Centre. If this is done, Child Care Benefit can be claimed from the date your child commenced care. If you submit your claim form later than this date, CCB is only paid from the date of submission.

HOLIDAYS
The Centre will be closed for two weeks at the end of the year over the Christmas and New Year break. Fees will not be charged for this period. Our centre offers a further two weeks holiday (Pro-Rata), which may be taken at any time throughout the calendar year incurring a reduced fee.

Children in the Pre-prep room are charged at the normal rate during school holiday periods but we will endeavour to fill your space with Prep vacation care children and on that occasion no fees will be charged. All other absent days are fee paying.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Fees are payable for weekdays on which Public Holidays fall. Full time children will receive the reduced holiday fee and part time children qualify for a Make Up Day, which is to be taken within 30 days of the absence.

Make up days are at the discretion of the Director and are only available if the centre enrolments are not at full capacity for that day.

LATE PICK-UP FEE
Families will be charged a fee at the following rates if children are collected after the Centre’s closing times.

$10.00 – for the first 15 minutes
$20.00 – for the next 15 minutes
$30.00 – for up to half an hour late
$50.00 – for over half an hour and up to one hour late
$100.00 – for over one hour late (and continuing at $100.00 per hour until the child is collected, unless there are extenuating circumstances).
